b) Although Cuddly Caddies endeavours to ensure all Products are safe and fit for purpose, you acknowledge that by purchasing our products you accept the risk associated with using the products. It is your responsibility to ensure that all products are used for their intended purpose.
2. Our Products
a) Our caddies include products which are manufactured by other companies. Whilst we ensure that the products are safe and in perfect condition, any fault or failure associated with the products lies with the manufacturer. For more information please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy.

b) Whilst we ensure that all products included in our caddies are safe and in perfect condition, there may be occasions where they are damaged in transit. In this case, please contact us per our Refund and Returns Policy and do not use or attempt to use any damaged products.

c) The products included in our caddies are TGA approved and compliant with the relevant Safety Standards. If you have any queries
