Refunds & Returns

a) What if my caddie or items inside are damaged?

Our caddies and items inside are checked prior to packing then secured with padding but in the event of any damages we would need a photo and to be notified via email within 7 days of receiving the goods. Please email us to discuss further on our contact us page.

Items inside:

Providing we agree with the damages stated you will be offered a replacement or full refund for any product damage in relation to the items inside the caddie as we cannot accept exchanges due to the nature of the products.

 

Caddie:
If the caddie has been damaged this is the exception and would need to be returned within 21 days to receive a new caddie bag or full refund. Please email us to discuss further on our contact us page.

Please note: if we do not hear from you after 7 days have past we cannot offer any refunds or replacements.

b) What if I change my mind?
We do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds for change of mind once the caddie has been shipped/delivered.

We can change your order based on reasonable circumstances and providing the caddie has not been shipped. Please email us to discuss further on our contact us page.

c) Can I cancel my order?

Once the caddie has been shipped or enroute for delivery, we are unable to cancel.
