1. Caddies

a) Can I personalise my caddie?

At this stage we do not personalise any caddies.
We can customize your order in regard to the products selected for inside the caddie. If this is what you are after, please email us to discuss further on our contact us page.

b) Can I send a caddie straight to an expecting mama?
Absolutely – we can take care of it all for you from the gift wrapping to the card. These are free with any caddie purchase.

c) How do I clean my caddie?

  1. We do not recommend machine washing the cotton rope caddie as it is made with soft cotton, frequently washing it will hurt the surface of the caddie

  2. A damp cloth to clean and air drying is the best way to go

  3. If washing is necessary, we recommend washing by hand and not by machine

2. Shipping & Delivery

a) Where are you based?

We are a home business based in Sydney, Australia.

b) Can we pick up orders?

Yes, we can arrange this with you – this option will be available at check out. If you have any other questions around this please email us via our  contact us page.

c) Can you deliver next day within Sydney?

​If an order is needed asap we can look at arranging for next day delivery within a 10km radius. If outside of this radius but still within Sydney please  email us via our contact us page and we will see what we can do.

d) Do you ship overseas?

Unfortunately at this stage we only ship within Australia.

e) How much is shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 across Australia.

Flat rate standard shipping of $15 applies for all other orders.

 

Express post is available but extra fees apply.

f) How long does it take for orders to be processed?

As soon as an order is received it is usually created and shipped within 24-48 hours (excluding public holidays)

g) When should I receive my order?
Ultimately it depends on the location we are sending it too.

We currently use Australia post to deliver caddies across Australia.

Some items are taking a little longer than usual right now due to high parcel volumes and ongoing COVID-19 restrictions.

Under normal circumstances

  • Same state: 2–5 business days

  • Interstate (metro to metro): 3–6 business days
     

Please refer to the Australia post website in relation to domestic ‘parcel posts’ to ensure you are up to date with their time frame and/or any delays they may be experiencing before purchasing.

Note: if you know roughly when an expecting mama is due – the best time to gift a caddie would be approximately 4-6 weeks prior to babys arrival.

h) What if I haven’t received my order?

A tracking number will be sent to the email you provide once the item has been shipped. If there are delays with delivery please contact Australia Post to discuss further.

Once caddies leave our premises, we accept no responsibility for any delay by the third party deliverer. Delays do not warrant a refund.
